Summary
Many organizations discover Join It through partners, search engines, and word of mouth. To support and reward that organic growth, we’ve launched a closed referral program that allows participants to refer organizations and earn payouts when those referrals become paying customers.
How the Referral Program works
The program is designed to be fair, easy to manage, and resistant to misuse. Below are the key rules:
Once you refer your 5th organization, you’ll begin earning 25% of all Join It package fees from your referred clients. This rate also applies retroactively to clients 1–4.
Payouts are based on qualified package payments collected during the full month prior (e.g., March 31st payout is based on February payments), due to our 30-day refund window.
Payments are disbursed monthly.

Payouts
Join It processes Referral Payouts each month through PayPal.
Payment Calculations
At the end of each month, Join It will process the Referral Payouts.
To calculate the Referral Payouts, Join It will look at the Package Payments collected on referred customers for the complete month prior to the month that just closed (e.g. When the March 31st payment is calculated, it'll be for the payments made in the month of February. This is required to support our 30-day refund window).
Join It will send an email with the Referral Payout details to the Referral Partner.
Chargebacks and Refunds
If a referred customer forces a chargeback or receives a refund, then this will be deducted against the balance of future Referral Payouts.
Defining a Successful Referral
A successful referral is counted when the first payment is processed for the referred organization's subscription and they have fully onboarded.
Promotion Does Not Apply Retroactively
Unfortunately, this promotion does not apply to referrals that have been made in the past. We look forward to partnering with all of our organizations to make this a successful program, but we unfortunately cannot apply this benefit retroactively.
Changes and Termination
Join It reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. In case of termination, any pending rewards will be disbursed in accordance with the terms effective at the time of the referral.
Limitations
There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make. However, referrals should be made in good faith to genuine contacts. Referrals cannot be made to oneself or existing clients.
Acceptance
Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms may result in the forfeiture of any rewards.
