How to Update Your Package
You can update your package at any time from your Settings tab.
Option 1: Quick Access
You can use this direct link to get there: https://app.joinit.com/billing/switch
Option 2: Step-by-Step
Go to your Dashboard
Navigate to Settings > Billing
At the top, you’ll see your current package details
Click "Switch Packages"
Follow the prompts to choose your new package
That’s it — your package will be updated immediately!

Will my payment be processed right away?
Yes, your payment will be processed immediately after upgrading. Don’t worry — the amount will be automatically prorated based on your existing package.
What discounts does Join It offer?
Join It offers:
10% discount for Non-Profit Organizations
10% discount for Annual Billing
These discounts can be combined!
If I have the discounts applied to my current package, if I update my package, will my discounts stay?
If you have the 10% Annual Billing discount, it will stay as long as you remain on an annual plan.
The 10% Non-Profit discount will remain regardless of your billing frequency.
