We want to make sure that organizations are able to select the Join It package that works best for them -- even if that means switching after you've already purchased.

Updating your package settings can be done from within your 'Settings' tab, which you can find behind this button.
If you want to find this the old fashioned way, then you can follow these steps:
Go to your dashboard and use the navigation to go to 'Settings' and click 'Billing'
You'll see your active pacakge at the top, and you'll see options to update to click on 'Switch Packages' (See screenshot #1 below)
Click the 'Switch Packages' button to update your package-- and you're done! Your package is upgraded and you are ready to go!

Will my payment be proccessed right away?
Yes, your payment will be proccessed after upgrading and the payment will also be automatically prorated.
What discounts does Join It offer?
Join It offers a 10% discount for Non-Profit Organizations, as well as a 10% discount for Annual Billing. These two discounts can be combined!
If I have the discounts applied to my current package, if I update my package, will my discounts stay?
If you have the 10% Annual payment discount applied, it will stay as long as you stay on the Annual Billing--if you switch to Monthly Billing, the 10% discount will no longer be applied.
The 10% Non-Profit discount will remain either way!
