It's easy to update your Join It package in the case that you want to change plans or billing periods.

How to Update Your Package

You can update your package at any time from your Settings tab.

Option 1: Quick Access

You can use this direct link to get there: https://app.joinit.com/billing/switch

Option 2: Step-by-Step

  1. Go to your Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Settings > Billing

  3. At the top, you’ll see your current package details

  4. Click "Switch Packages"

  5. Follow the prompts to choose your new package

  6. That’s it — your package will be updated immediately!

Will my payment be processed right away?

Yes, your payment will be processed immediately after upgrading. Don’t worry — the amount will be automatically prorated based on your existing package.

What discounts does Join It offer?

Join It offers:

  • 10% discount for Non-Profit Organizations

  • 10% discount for Annual Billing

These discounts can be combined!

If I have the discounts applied to my current package, if I update my package, will my discounts stay?

  • If you have the 10% Annual Billing discount, it will stay as long as you remain on an annual plan.

  • The 10% Non-Profit discount will remain regardless of your billing frequency.
