Setting Up the Campaign Monitor Integration
Follow the steps below to connect Campaign Monitor and automatically add new Members to a selected Campaign Monitor list:
Sign Up and Onboarding Process:
If you haven’t already, sign up for a Join It account and complete the onboarding process to configure your organization.
Go to Automations:
Navigate to the 'Automations' section within your Join It account.
Select Campaign Monitor Card:
Select the Campaign Monitor card from the list of available automations.

Connecting Campaign Monitor Account:
If your Campaign Monitor account is not yet connected, click Connect Campaign Monitor and log in using your Campaign Monitor credentials.
Membership Types Selection:
Choose which membership types you want to include in this automation setup. You can select 'All Members' or a specific Membership type.
Choose Campaign Monitor Client and List:
Select the Campaign Monitor 'Client' that owns the specific 'List' you want to access.
Choose the Campaign Monitor 'List' where you want your Members to be automatically added.
Create Automation:
Click 'Create Automation' to finalize the setup. All new Members will now be automatically added to your selected Campaign Monitor list.
