Domain Authentication – We’ve verified our domain with our Email Service Provider to ensure authentication for emails sent via the Join It platform.
Dedicated IP Addresses – To enhance stability and credibility, we use static IP addresses that are not shared with other senders.
White-Labeling for Further Authentication – We’ve implemented additional authentication measures with our ESP to reinforce email legitimacy.

Sending Emails to more than 999 Members
Join It was previously limited to being able to send out Emails to a maximum of 999 Members due to our Email server. Now we've created a workaround to batch send the Emails, so you can send out Quick & Easy Emails to more than 999 Members at once!

Can emails be sent 'from' my email address or domain?
For every email sent, Join It sets your organization's designated contact email as the "reply-to" address. This ensures that recipients can easily respond and reach the right contact within your organization.
However, the "from" address will be email@joinit.org—a best practice designed to maximize deliverability. Email providers rely heavily on the sender's IP reputation, and Join It maintains a sender reputation above the 98th percentile, ensuring high email success rates.
Additionally, we’ve verified our sending domain with our Email Service Provider. It’s crucial that the sending domain matches the "from" address, as mismatched domains can reduce deliverability and, in some cases, trigger phishing warnings.
While it may seem counterintuitive, using email@joinit.org as the "from" address is in your organization’s best interest to ensure reliable email delivery.
