There are many ways to connect your Member Portal to your standalone website - and one approach are Join It's wonderful widgets.

Within your Organization's Dashboard, Join It provides you a number of different widgets to serve the purpose of connecting your Member Portal to your website. Learn about each of these individual widgets below.

Join It provides Embeddable Widgets that you can integrate into your website, so that folks can Purchase and Renew their memberships directly from your Website.

This provides a seamless User Experience for your members, and it's a slick way for you to keep your brand front-and-center during the purchase of a membership.

When it comes to Configuring the Widget, you'll have a couple options. First, you can choose the 'width' and 'height' of the widget. These options allow you to determine the width and height of the iFrame - so that it's optimized for your website. You can come back and adjust these at anytime, without having to adjust any implementation.

Next, you can determine the 'Allowed Operations' and you can choose between 'Purchase' or 'Purchase & Renewal'. If you select 'Purchase & Renewal', then the widget will prompt the user to select which action they'd like to complete first. If you select only 'Purchase', then the widget will direct the user down the path of purchases a brand new membership.

Join It also provides an easy widget for creating buttons that you can use anywhere to link from your site to your Member Portal. You can choose whether you want the final destination of these buttons to be: The 'homepage' of your Member Portal, the member login page, or a specific 'checkout' page for one of your Membership Types.
