Summary
Expand your organization's capabilities by inviting additional admins to collaborate within your Join It account. Each Join It package offers an included Admin seat amount. However, you can always add additional Admin seats if needed for $10/month, so you can delegate responsibilities and streamline your management efforts.
Getting Started
Step 1: invite additional admins
From your Dashboard, navigate to Settings tab.
Click on the Manage Admins tab.
Enter the new admin’s name and contact email.
Select the appropriate access level (Owner, Manager, Frontdesk, or Read-only).
Click Invite Admins to send the invitation.
Step 2: onboard the new admin
The invited admin will receive an email with a link to set up their account.
After clicking the link, they’ll be prompted to verify their email and create a password.
Step 3: collaborate!
Once that's done, they'll have Admin access to your Join It account.
So you'll be able to team up with other admins within your organization. Divide and conquer!

Owner
Full access to all organization features and settings.
Can delete user data, manage billing, and make sensitive changes.
Best suited for top-level administrators.
Manager
Can manage memberships, communicate with members, and update records.
Cannot perform high-risk actions like deleting the organization.
Frontdesk
Limited access to view members and take basic actions.
Cannot access configuration settings or sensitive data.
Read-only
View-only access to the organization’s dashboard.
Cannot create, update, or delete any information.
Ideal for auditors or observers who need visibility without editing rights.
