Exporting your member table allows you to access and analyze your Organization's data more comprehensively. With Join It, this process is streamlined and user-friendly.
Instructions on Exporting Member Data from the Member Table
Main Method: Members Export via Member Table
Access Your Member Table: Begin by navigating to your member table. You can do this by visiting the following link: Member Table.
Initiate Export Process:
Scroll to the bottom of the member table page.
Locate and click on the "Export Members" option.
Select Data Fields:
Choose the specific member data fields you want to include in the export. This can include membership types, email addresses, expiration dates, and more.
Export Report:
After selecting the desired fields, click the green "Run Custom Report" button.
Your member data will then be compiled into a CSV file, you'll then want to click on 'Download File'. Depending on the size of your data, the download may take a few moments.
Alternative Method: Members Export via Insights Tab
Access the Insights Tab:
Alternatively, you can export member data through the 'Insights' tab located on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
Navigate to Reports:
Within the Insights tab, locate the option for 'Reports' button, from there you'll select 'Membership Reports'
Choose your desired Membership Report:
On this page, you can choose which Membership Report best suits your needs.
Select Data Fields:
Choose the specific member data fields you want to include in the export. This can include membership types, email addresses, expiration dates, and more.
Export Report:
After selecting the desired fields, click the green "Run Custom Report" button.
