Managing your member list can be time-consuming, but we’re here to make bulk deletions easier for you. If you need to remove several members at once, follow the steps below and we’ll take care of the rest!
Guide to Bulk Deleting Members
Download Your Members Export Sheet
Head to the 'Insights' tab, then click 'Membership reports' then 'All Membership report' to download your Members export sheet. This file includes an internal ID for each member, which we’ll need to process the deletions.

Remove Members You Want to Keep
Open the sheet and delete any members that you want to remain in the system. The remaining entries will be the members you want us to remove.
Send Over The Updated Spreadsheet
Once you’ve cleaned up the list then you can send it over to us. We’ll remove the members that are listed in the sheet that you've sent over. You can send over your list in two ways:
Live Chat: Accessible from your Admin dashboard.
Email: Send your request to Support@joinit.com

Important Reminder*
Bulk Deleting is Permanent!
Please double-check your spreadsheet before submitting it. Once the bulk delete is processed, it cannot be undone. Make sure the list only includes the members you truly want to remove.
