How It Works
The standalone scanner operates based on motion detection, automatically turning on when a Member approaches.
Members simply scan the QR code on their Digital Membership Card at the kiosk to Check themselves in
There's no manual intervention is required, making the Check-in process quick and hassle-free.
Setting Up Kiosk Check-Ins
To get started, follow these simple steps:
Enable Digital Membership Cards – Ensure that Digital Membership Cards are set up and enabled for your Members here.
Access the Kiosk Check-In Page:
Navigate to the Members tab.
Click on Member Settings.
Select ‘View Check-in Tools’ and click ‘Use Kiosk Check-in’.
Set Up the Standalone Scanner – Ensure your device is properly configured with the scanner.
Start Checking In – While the Kiosk Check-in page is open, Members can walk up to the scanner, scan their Membership Card QR code, and be automatically checked in via Join It.
