Setting Up Digital Membership Cards for Your Organization
To enable Digital Membership Cards, follow these simple steps:
Check Your Subscription Plan
Ensure your Organization is subscribed to our Total, Extra or Enterprise package, as Digital Membership Cards are only available with these Plans.Access Membership Card Settings
Navigate to your Settings by following this path:Click on the 'Members' tab.
Select 'Member Settings'.
Click on 'Mange Cards'.
Enable Digital Membership Cards
On the Membership Card Settings page, click the 'Turn On' option to activate Digital Membership Cards for your Organization.Customize Your Digital Membership Card
Personalize the design of your Digital Membership Cards by:Adding a Logo Text, which can be your Organization's full name or an abbreviation.

Can we customize Membership Cards for each Membership Type?
Yep! For organizations on our Extra Package, we provide the ability to customize Digital Membership Cards by Membership Type.
Can I change the layout/structure of the card?
The beauty and magic of these cards is that they are closer to a computer 'file' than a flat 'image'/photo.
On the plus side, this means that these cards can be used by many different compatible platforms. For example, they'll show up in your iPhone's Apple Wallet, on your Android phone and even immediately compatible with your Apple Watch!
On the downside, though, we're limited by the file type to what we can directly customize. So we can add images, but we can't dictate exactly how the image is displayed/located.
Can I use the Membership Cards to Check in a Member?
Yes, you can Check-in a Member using the QR code on the Digital Membership cards! Here's where you can learn more about that.
Does the Email preview match the downloaded Membership Card?
The email preview is an approximation of how a Digital Membership Card may appear in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and should not be considered an exact match.
While Join It controls the information sent to digital wallets, the final appearance of the card is fully controlled by Apple and Google. Join It cannot control the exact layout of the card, where individual fields appear, whether fields display on the front of the card or the info screen, or how text is resized, wrapped, or truncated.
Because of this, the same card may appear slightly differently across devices and platforms.
