Summary

Posts are a great way to share information, news, and updates with your members or the public. Whether you're announcing an upcoming event, highlighting important changes, or simply staying in touch, Posts help you stay connected with your community.

Key Features of Posts

Members-Only Access

You have the option to set your Post as Members-only or make it publicly accessible.

When a Post is set to Members-only:

  • Only active members who are logged in can view the content.

  • It's a useful way to share exclusive updates, perks, or behind-the-scenes information with your member base.

  • Members can access these Posts through the main Member Portal page or from their logged-in Member Portal view.

Comments for Engagement

Join It offers a Comments feature to encourage engagement and feedback:

  • By default, Comments are enabled on all new Posts, allowing members to leave thoughts, questions, or feedback directly under your content.

  • This feature fosters a sense of community and provides a direct line of communication between you and your members.

For older Posts, you'll need to manually enable the Comments feature if you want to allow interaction.
