Data that's Affected by a Reset

Performing a data reset will permanently remove all member-related information, including:

  • Membership Records – all member profiles and associated details

  • Payment Records – any payment history linked to members

  • Timeline Objects – events, notes, and activity logs related to members

A data reset does not impact your organization’s configurations or settings, such as:

  • Membership Types – your defined membership plans remain intact

  • Custom Fields – any custom fields you’ve created will not be deleted

  • Profile Settings – account and portal settings stay unchanged

Important Note: Permanent Action

Resetting your Member data is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Once completed, all Member data will be permanently deleted, and we cannot restore it. Please proceed with caution.
