Overview
Our goal at Join It is to build simple membership software "that just works". Part of this means that we focus and refine on all things 'membership', and then integrate with other best-in-class platforms for complimentary services.
These services might include:
Email Marketing
Event Ticketing and Registration
CRM
Video Conferencing
While we integrate with a large number of these services directly - we're also excited to partner with Zapier, so that you can connect Join It to 1,000s of other integrated services.
Build your Own Zaps
Within Zapier, you're able to 'connect' Join It to 1,000s of other apps. So Zapier acts as the 'pipes' that connect two separate software systems.
In this scenario, Join It sends your membership information upon certain events (which Zapier calls "Triggers") to other sources. This way, when your membership data in updated within Join It -- it can instantly be synced to 1,000s of other apps via Zapier.
Triggers
Once you install Join It's app on Zapier through this link, you'll be able to set up Zaps with triggers from Join It. These triggers include: ย
Membership created
Membership updated
Membership goes inactive
Membership is renewed
Zapier then allows you to select from 1000's of connected services to determine what happens after a trigger event in Join It -- the possibilities are endless!

Using Custom Fields
In our latest version of the integration with Zapier (released Q2 of 2024), we've made it easier to map custom fields from memberships in your Zaps. Additionally, you can also map admin-only fields in your Zaps.
Popular Zap Templates
Here's some of our most popular integrations within Zapier.
Salesforce
Google Sheets
Thinkific
HubSpot
ActiveCampaign
Drip
Zoho CRM
MailerLite
Zoom
We're excited to see what our customers do with this new functionality, and if you're setting it up for the first time, then we'd love to hear from you!
