The Weekly Metrics Report provides a summary of your organization’s most important data - helping you stay informed about membership activity and payments without having to manually pull reports.

Setting Up Your Weekly Metrics Report
View your Automated Reports:
Go to Automated Reports within your Dashboard.
(Tip: You can also find this by navigating to the ‘Insights’ tab.)Create or confirm your Weekly Metrics Report:
If your organization doesn’t already have one set up, click Create Report and select Weekly Metrics Report.Manage recipients:
Add or remove admin recipients to control who receives the report each week.

Included metrics and definitions
Your Weekly Metrics Report includes the following data points:
Active Memberships: The total number of memberships currently active.
New Memberships (Last 7 Days): The number of new memberships created in the past week.
Total Memberships: The total count of all memberships (active, expired, and pending).
Memberships by Membership Type: A breakdown of memberships grouped by type.
Total Payments: The cumulative total of all payments received.
Payments (Last 30 Days): The total value of payments received in the last 30 days.
Payments (Last 7 Days): The total value of payments received in the last 7 days.

When will the Weekly Metrics report be emailed?
The Weekly Metrics report will be emailed at the start of the work week (Monday at 00:00:01 UTC) to the selected admin recipients.
How do I add myself or another Admin onto the Weekly Metrics report?
Any current Admin can manage the report’s recipients:
Go to Automated Reports within the ‘Insights’ tab.
Click on your existing Weekly Metrics Report (or create one if needed).
Toggle on or off the admins you’d like to include or remove from the recipient list.
If the person is not yet an Admin - you can add them as an Admin here.
