For Organizations on our Total Package (and above), Join It makes it simple to offer Digital Membership Cards to your members. When creating Digital Membership Cards, organizations have the option to easily customize the background color, text color, label color, logos, and more - you can learn more about these 'out-of-the-box' customizations in this article.

For our customers on our largest Packages, we offer the ability to add additional customizations to these Digital Membership Cards templates.

All of our Digital Membership Cards are natively compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. To ensure this compatibility with these native wallets, we have to develop our Digital Membership Cards according to their specs - so Join It is limited by Apple and Google on how these cards can be customized. However, below, we've listed some common customizations that other organizations loved to implement.

A common additional customization is the ability to add Hyperlinks to the back of the Digital Membership Card. Commonly, Organizations will include Hyperlinks to things like: Their Community Guidelines, a calendar of upcoming events, a list of membership benefits, or anything else.

Another customization that we offer is the ability to replace the Profile Photo with a static image of your choice. If you're not collecting a Profile Photo on behalf of your members during checkout/renewal - then you can put this real estate to a more aesthetic use by including a static image.

At Join It, we're huge fans of Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Most members already know how to engage with these Wallets because they use them for event tickets, boarding passes, and more.

Because Apple and Google want to make a familiar User Experience across their entire wallet - they limit the customizations that they allow developers like Join It.
