Summary

Organizations have the option to set up Digital Membership Cards, so that Members receive a Membership card attached to their Membership Confirmation emails.

These Digital Membership Cards are compatible with all Apple's iOS devices (iPhones and iPads) and Google Wallet on Android devices.

iPhones (other iOS Devices)

Apple Wallet Support

  1. Open your Membership Confirmation email on your iPhone (using your preferred email app such as Gmail, Outlook, or the Mail app).

  2. Click on the Membership Card attachment.

  3. The card will open, and you can tap the ‘Add’ button to save it directly to your Apple Wallet.

Android Devices

Google Wallet Support

  1. Open your Membership Confirmation email on your Android device in your preferred email app.

  2. Click on the Membership Card attachment.

  3. A prompt will appear asking if you want to add the card to Google Wallet. Tap 'Continue' to confirm, and the card will be saved to your Google Wallet app (provided you already have Google Wallet installed).

How to Download Your Digital Membership Card

You can download your Digital Membership Card using one of two methods:

  • From the Membership Confirmation Email: The card will be attached to your Membership or Renewal confirmation email.

  • From Your Member Portal: Log into your Member Portal and click the ‘Send Card’ button to receive the card.
