Frequently Asked Questions
Can you use the Membership card on an Apple watch?
Yes! If you have an Apple Watch paired with your iPhone, your membership card will automatically sync to the Watch once added to Apple Wallet. You can quickly access your card from your wrist at check-ins or events.
How do I Remove the Card from Apple Wallet?
To delete the Card from your Apple wallet:
Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
Locate your membership card.
Tap the three-dot icon (…) in the top-right corner.
Scroll down and tap “Remove Pass”.
You can always re-download the card later via your confirmation email or Member Portal.
Does the Email preview match the downloaded Membership Card?
The email preview is an approximation of how a Digital Membership Card may appear in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and should not be considered an exact match.
While Join It controls the information sent to digital wallets, the final appearance of the card is fully controlled by Apple and Google. Join It cannot control the exact layout of the card, where individual fields appear, whether fields display on the front of the card or the info screen, or how text is resized, wrapped, or truncated.
Because of this, the same card may appear slightly differently across devices and platforms.
