How to Add Your Membership Card to Google Wallet

You can add your card using either of these methods.

From Your Membership Confirmation Email:

  1. Open the email on your Android device.

  2. Tap the “Add to Google Wallet” button.

  3. The card will open in Google Wallet. Tap “Add to Google Wallet”, then confirm by tapping “Add”.

From the Member Portal:

  1. Log into your Member Portal.

  2. Click the “Send Card” button.

  3. Open the email you receive and follow the steps above.

Make sure Google Wallet is already installed on your device before attempting to add the card.

Viewing Membership Details

Google Wallet displays cards in a simplified format:

  • Front of the Card: Shows your name, membership type, status, expiration date, QR code and organization name.

  • Back of the Card: Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) or “Details” to view additional information, including your profile photo and membership ID

Where Your Profile Photo Appears

Due to platform limitations, Google Wallet only displays the profile photo on the back of the card. You can view it by opening the card and tapping the three-dot menu (⋮) or selecting “Details.”

How do I Remove the Card from Google Wallet?

To delete your card from Google Wallet:

  1. Open the Google Wallet app.

  2. Select your membership card.

  3. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮).

  4. Tap “Remove Pass” or “Delete”, depending on your device version.

You can always re-add the card later from your confirmation email or Member Portal.
