Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Email Preview Match the Downloaded Card?
The email preview is an approximation of how a Digital Membership Card may appear in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and should not be considered an exact match.
While Join It controls the information sent to digital wallets, the final appearance of the card is fully controlled by Apple and Google. Join It cannot control the exact layout of the card, where individual fields appear, whether fields display on the front of the card or the info screen, or how text is resized, wrapped, or truncated.
Because of this, the same card may appear slightly differently across devices and platforms.
What if I send Membership Cards to all Members, but only one Membership Type has cards set up?
The email will only be delivered to members who have a Digital Membership Card available. For example, if you’ve set up the card for just one Membership Type, only members in that type will receive the email, others without a card won’t get it.
Can I Bulk Send the Cards to all Members?
Yes, you can select the 'Multiple Members' audience to send the Quick & Easy Email with the Membership card to all of your Members.
What does 'registered' mean under the Membership card details for a Member?
This means that the Member has Downloaded their Membership card onto their mobile device.
