Setting up the Integration
Follow these steps to set up your Integration between Join It and DICE:
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Automations' section within your Dashboard, and click on the DICE tile
Step 3: Set up the confirmation between DICE and Join It - you can select to sync the Ticket orders from individual events or all of your events.
Step 4: Done! Now that the configuration is set up, your future Ticket Orders will be synced between DICE and Join It

When viewing a Membership Record, you'll now see a panel for DICE that aggregates the Ticket Orders that have been synced from DICE to your member database.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I provide discounts to events on DICE for my members?
Not yet! This first version of the integration is focused on syncing your Ticket Orders from DICE to your membership records within Join It - so that you can see who your most active members are across your DICE events.
Once I configure DICE and Join It, will it automatically import all of my historical Ticket Orders?
No, once you configure DICE and Join It, the integration will import new Ticket Orders that are placed after the connection has been made.
Will my Ticket Orders from DICE appear within Join It instantly?
Almost but not quite! Join It will fetch the new Ticket Orders from your connected DICE account in batches on an hourly basis.
