Summary
When creating Quick & Easy Emails in Join It, your work is automatically saved as a draft if you need to pause before sending. These drafts, along with your recently sent emails, are stored in your Recent History for easy access.
Accessing Your Quick & Easy Email History
To find your drafts and recently sent Quick & Easy Emails:
Go to the Communications tab.
Select Quick & Easy Emails.
Click on Recent History.

Sending a Draft Email
When you’re ready to finish and send a draft:
Open the draft email from your Recent History.
Review the content and make any edits needed.
Once everything looks good, click Send Email.
Your draft will then be sent out as a Quick & Easy Email.
Deleting a Draft Email
If you no longer need a draft:
Open the draft email from your Recent History.
Scroll to the bottom of the draft.
On the lower left-hand side, click Delete Draft.
This will remove the draft from your history permanently.

What happens if I don’t finish a draft?
Your progress is automatically saved. The draft will stay in your Recent History until you either send it or delete it.
Can I recover a deleted draft?
No, once a draft is deleted it cannot be recovered.
