Join It allows you to send emails to individual Members or Multiple Members using the Quick & Easy Email tool. This guide will walk you through the steps to effectively use this feature.
How to Send a Quick & Easy Email
1. Navigate to the Quick & Easy Emails Tool
To get started:
Go to the Communication tab.
Click on Quick & Easy Emails.
Select Send Emails.

2. Select Your Audience
You can choose to send an email to:
An Individual Member – Search for and select a specific Member.
Multiple Members – Use the available filters to target specific groups.

Filtering Options
Refine your recipient list using these filters:
Status – Target Members by status (e.g., Active, Expired, Pending).
Membership Type – Filter based on the type of Membership.
Joined Date – Select Members who joined within a specific time frame.
Expiration Date – Target Members whose Membership expires within a given range.

3. Compose Your Email
Next, you will compose your message:
Select a Template (or create a new one).
Add a Subject to your email.
Write the Body of your message.

4. Attach Files to Your Email (Extra Package Customers)
On the Extra package, you can also include file attachments directly within your Quick & Easy Email. This is helpful for sharing documents, forms, or additional resources with your Members.
To add attachments:
Upload one or more files while composing your email.
Ensure the total file size does not exceed 10MB.

5. Review and Send Your Email
Before sending, review your email to ensure accuracy. Once satisfied, click Send Email to deliver your message.

Email templates
Join It provides pre-made templates, but you can also create your own for future use. To manage templates:
Go to the Quick & Easy Email page.
Click View Templates.
Create and save a new template for reuse.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I be BCC'd on the Email?
Yes! On the Review page, you can toggle the option to BCC yourself.

Can I add an Image to the Email?
Yes! You can easily add an Image into the Email by clicking the Insert Image button in the Email editor.
