Connecting Join It with Sendlane

Follow the steps below to set up the integration:

  1. Set up your Join It account
    Create your Join It account and complete the onboarding process if you haven’t already.

  2. Navigate to Automations
    From your Join It admin dashboard, go to the Automations section.

  3. Select the Sendlane card
    Locate and select the automation card labeled Sendlane.

  4. Connect your Sendlane account
    If this is your first time connecting, you’ll be prompted to enter your Sendlane credentials (found in your Sendlane account) and click Connect Sendlane.

  5. Choose membership types
    Select which membership types should be included in the automation. You can choose All Members or limit the automation to specific membership types.

  6. Select a Sendlane list
    Choose the Sendlane list where your members should be automatically added.

  7. Create the automation
    Click Create Automation to finish setup. From this point forward, new members will automatically sync to Sendlane.
