For Join It customers based in the United States, you can pay your subscription directly from a bank account using ACH. This option can be a convenient alternative to paying by credit card.

Navigate to the bank account setup page and enter your banking details:
​https://app.joinit.com/settings/subscriptions/bank

Within 1–2 business days, you’ll see two small deposits in your bank account labeled 'AMNTS'.

Once the deposits appear, email support@joinit.com with the two deposit amounts to confirm your account.

After these steps have been completed, your ACH payment will then be the default payment method on your account.

The process typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on how quickly the micro-deposits appear in your account.
