Welcome to Join It! We're so happy to have you here! :)

First you'll want to sign up for your 30 day free trial so you can test everything out here: https://joinit.com/pricing

Once you've created your account there, we have an awesome self-guided Demo that we find to be very helpful! You can watch that here: https://www.joinit.com/demo

We also offer live 1:1 onboarding sessions to help walk you through these tasks - that can be scheduled here.

After that, you'll want to start to set up your Organization's account! Here are some great first steps to set up:

Set up your membership types -- you'll want to pick a Name, the Price of the Membership, and your billing type (i.e. subscription vs. expire). You can also choose if you'd like the Membership type to be set up for individual Members, or for 'Groups' of members as well. You can learn more about that here.

Next you'll want to add members to your Organization:

Try adding a few manually - here's a great article to walk you through that. You can also request a Bulk Import to be done after that (we can help you there!).

After that it's always great to take a peak at your Profile (located in the top right hand corner of your Dashboard).

This is what your members and prospective members will be seeing. You can easily grab the URL here to link your Profile page to any existing website! You can also edit what you see on your Profile page under your 'Profile' section in your dashboard.

Another thing that you'll want to check out is your Communication's tab -- here is where you will be able to send emails to your members.

You can also set up automated emails to go out as well, to save you and your Organization time!

You can also work on setting up any Automations you wish to use here. Including setting up your Stripe connection, this how you'll be able to take online payments from your Members. Here's a great article to help with setting that up.

Then you'll want to connect to Stripe - that way you can accept online payments from members.

You can do that here. This guide is also very helpful with walking you through this.

Once you've done those main tasks, your Organization will be lookin' good! :)

As always, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
