How it works

  1. Submit the referral through our Referral Bonus form.

  2. When the referred customer successfully purchases a Join It Package, a $250 USD credit will be added to your account immediately.

  3. The credit will be applied toward your next Package payment—or payments—until it has been used in full.

There’s no limit to how many new customers you can refer or how many Referral Bonuses you can earn.

Eligibility and restrictions

  • You must be an active Join It customer to participate.

  • Referrals must be submitted through the Referral Bonus form before the referred organization signs up for Join It. Bonuses cannot be claimed or applied retroactively.

  • Both the referred organization and the referred individual must be new to Join It. Organizations that have already signed up and individuals who are already Join It users are not eligible.

  • You cannot refer yourself, including when creating a new organization that has not previously used Join It.

  • If multiple customers refer the same organization, the Referral Bonus will be awarded only to the customer who submitted the eligible referral first.

  • Referral Bonus credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
