Meet Joy, your AI assistant within Join It. Joy helps you turn everyday requests into useful answers and ready-to-review emails—all from a membership record. Simply describe what you need in plain language, and Joy uses the available membership context to help you get it done.
Joy is currently in beta and free to use. Today, Joy is especially good at:
Drafting personalized emails. Ask Joy to write a friendly renewal reminder, welcome a member, or draft an invitation to an upcoming event. Joy can draw on membership details, active upcoming events, recent posts, and helpful links to prepare a relevant message.
Answering questions about a membership. Ask about details such as a member’s status or expiration date without searching through the record yourself.
Helping you get started. Give Joy a goal and a preferred tone, and it can turn your instructions into an email draft you can review, edit, and approve before sending.
Try a prompt like: “Draft a friendly renewal reminder for this member and include their renewal link.”
Joy represents our vision for the future of Join It: an AI assistant that helps optimize everyday workflows and makes managing your organization easier. These first capabilities are the starting point. As Joy develops, our goal is to help with more common tasks while keeping you in control.
Joy is opt-in only. We will never proactively share membership information with large language models (LLMs) without your explicit consent. When you choose to submit a prompt, relevant context is shared with an AI provider to prepare Joy’s response.
