Summary
Organizations on the Extra Package can use the File Upload Custom Field to collect and store files directly from members or admins. Uploaded files are securely stored and can be downloaded anytime from the member’s record.
Ways to Use the File Upload Field
The File Upload Custom Field is especially useful for organizations that need to collect or store documentation from members. A few common examples include:
Certifications or licenses: Members can upload proof of certification or licensing required for participation or renewal.
Signed waivers or consent forms: Perfect for clubs, sports leagues, or events that require signed agreements.
Resumes or portfolios: Professional associations can collect work samples or resumes for member directories or job boards.
Identification documents: Useful for organizations that require ID verification during registration.
This feature helps organizations keep important member documents organized, secure, easily accessible and all in one place.
