Summary

The Monthly Metrics Report provides a high-level overview of your organization’s membership activity and payment performance over the past month. It is available alongside the Weekly Metrics report.

Enabling Automated Reports

You can enable and manage your automated reports from your admin dashboard:

From this page, you can choose which reports to receive and how often they are delivered.

What’s Included in the Monthly Report

Membership Summary

A quick snapshot of key membership data for the selected month. This section highlights the most important metrics to help you understand overall performance at a glance.

Payments Summary

Displays the total value of payments collected, along with the number of payments processed during the reporting period.

Summary of Membership Types

A breakdown of your membership types, including:

  • Total Active Memberships

  • Net New Memberships for the month

This helps you understand which membership types are growing and how each category is performing.

Active Memberships Growth

A time-series chart that visualizes how your total number of active memberships has increased or decreased over time.

Membership Growth by Month (Renewals vs New)

A bar chart comparing:

  • Renewed memberships

This gives you a clear view of what’s driving your growth each month.
