How to Attach Files
When composing a Quick & Easy Email:
Navigate to the Quick & Easy Email tool
Select your recipient(s) (either a single member or multiple members)
Compose your email message
Upload your file(s) as attachments
Send your email as usual
Your recipients will receive the email with the attached files included.

Sending to an individual Member or multiple
Attachments can be used whether you're sending:
A one-off email to an individual member
A bulk email to multiple members
This makes it easy to distribute documents like event materials, reports, or forms to your entire organization at once.
File Size & Limits
There are a few important limits to keep in mind:
The total size of all attachments must not exceed 10MB
You can attach multiple files, as long as the combined size stays within the 10MB limit
If your files exceed this limit, consider compressing them or sharing via a link instead.
