Connecting Your Stripe Account

Whether you’re signing up for a Stripe account for the first time or connecting an existing one, follow these simple steps:

  • Sign Up or Sign In on Join It: Create a Join It account if you’re new here, or simply sign in if you already have one.

  • Navigate to Automations: Go to the Automations section in your Join It dashboard.

  • Select the Stripe Card: Find and select the card labeled Stripe.

  • Connect Stripe: Click the Connect Stripe button.

  • Log In or Sign Up for Stripe: Log in with your existing Stripe credentials, or create a new Stripe account - it’s quick and easy.

Can I Disconnect from Stripe if I have Auto Re-billing Memberships set up?

No, if you have auto re-billing memberships set up, you’ll need to reach out to us for assistance. Deleting the connection between Join It and Stripe does not stop automatic billings within Stripe. This means members would continue to be charged automatically, and they wouldn’t be able to manage or cancel those billings from Join It once the Stripe account is disconnected.
