Summary
Although Join It does not currently offer a direct integration with Xero, there are multiple ways to connect your membership data to Xero using existing integrations.
Connecting Join It to Xero
Option 1: Connect via Stripe
Join It uses Stripe as its payment processor, and Stripe integrates directly with Xero.
This allows organizations to sync online membership payments to their accounting system automatically.
Important notes:
This method only applies to online payments processed through Stripe
Offline payments recorded manually in Join It will not sync through this connection

Option 2: Connect via Zapier
Join It also integrates with Zapier, which can be used to connect Join It to Xero.
Using Zapier, you can create automated workflows (“Zaps”) to send membership and payment data from Join It to Xero, giving you more flexibility in how and when data is synced.
For example, you can:
Create invoices in Xero when a new member joins
Sync payment records to Xero automatically
Customize what data is sent and when
